Mid-Hudson club hosts thriving late-winter event
Our home club, the Mid-Hudson Road Runners Club, went back to its roots on Sunday with the running of the Ed Erichson Memorial Races at LaGrange Town Hall in Dutchess County. There is a 5-mile race and a 10-mile race. A little history lesson is in order here; this is a story I’ve told before in previous versions of this column, but since this is a new platform, it’s worth revisiting here today.
